The service

AZ News is operated by Inficrux AI Solutions. The service provides news content, optional accounts, comments, and (for authorized users) publishing tools. Features may change; we may suspend or end access for violations, abuse, or maintenance.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional for reading news. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep OTP codes and credentials private. You must provide accurate information where requested.

Sign in with Google (comments)

In the mobile app, posting comments requires Google Sign-In. By using Google Sign-In, you also agree that your use is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. You must use your own Google account and must not impersonate others in comments.

If you are already signed in with Google for comments, you do not need to sign in again unless you sign out or your session expires.

Content & conduct

• Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content.
• Respect intellectual property; you retain rights you already hold in what you submit.
• For reporters: submitted stories may be edited or published at editors' discretion; follow newsroom guidelines.
• Comments may be hidden or removed by moderators. Hidden comments may show a notice; readers may tap the eye icon to view the original text.
• Signed-in users may report comments on the website or in the mobile app. Reports must be made in good faith. Do not submit false, repetitive, or harassing reports. We may review reports, take moderation action, dismiss unfounded reports, and restrict accounts that misuse reporting.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules or applicable law.

Reporter program

If you apply to become a reporter in the mobile app, you must accept the Reporter Terms and Conditions presented during signup in addition to these Terms. Those terms describe your responsibilities as a contributor and may be updated by AZ News from time to time.

By submitting an application, you confirm that documents and information you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us for verification.

Before each story submission or draft update, you must check a box confirming that your content is original and does not violate copyright or applicable laws. AZ News may store submission logs (including your account ID, time, and technical metadata) for moderation and legal compliance.

Disclaimer

Content published by contributors, reporters, and users represents their own submissions. Inficrux AI Solutions reserves the right to review, modify, or remove content and does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party submissions.

Content is for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ News and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when you use AZ News on the web or in the mobile app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms where required by law.
